Overview Guide
- Step 1: Set Up Domain
- Choose between the original company domain or a new one for separation.
- Ensure DNS records (DMARC, DKIM, SPF) are correctly configured.
- Step 2: Warm Up Domain
- Use email warmup services to prevent email outreach from being marked as spam.
- Step 3: Set Up Email Automation Tool
- Select and configure an email automation tool (HubSpot, Reply.io, Apollo, etc.).
- Create email accounts and integrate them into the tool.
- Step 4: Set Up Email Sequences
- Draft and input messaging sequences based on target markets.
- Upload leads to the CRM and sync them with your outreach tool for tracking.
- Step 5: Monitor and Adjust
- Track email activity (opens, clicks, replies) and adjust messaging, sequences, and target audiences accordingly.
- Respond promptly to replies and handle objections.
